Counter people don’t care if they help you or not. People at the counter do not have the automotive knowledge they need to be helpful. Tried to warranty a tool and was told that since they only sell that tool in a set know they could not replace my broken one. I’m not sure what good advertising a lifetime replacement on your tools does if you won’t honor it. NAPA will be sears in 10 years or less if this is what they are going to do.
