went in with my boyfriend while visiting huntington on a little vacation for the weekend, to not be greeted by the teenage female working, but she was also on a facetime call with i assume a friend. we didn’t mind it at first until my boyfriend asked a simple question about pricing and she rudely answered, then i hear her make a comment to whomever she was on the phone with stating “i don’t want to be here, i want to go home”. like i understand not wanting to work on the weekends but you could at least wait until the customers were out of the store to 1. take a phone call and 2. make stupid comments about work on the phone. definitely don’t think we’ll be returning to this location anytime soon.

Service was horrible and embarrassing. My 7 seven old daughter has an exemption from a mask and we were denied service. She came out crying . Went back to explain and was told by the teenager that she has the right to refuse business to anyone and that she “could” wear one. Medically exempt means she can not. Understand my husband and I are big on supporting local businesses during this time and this is not a good business plan. Good luck! Don’t put your kids in this embarrassing position. They possibly saved a life but definitely lost customers.
