This has always been my go to shop, I have always loved the staff and manager. We make 2-3 purchases a week from here most times. We bought the highly recommended Puffco Peak Pro Plus less than 7 days ago, and it has completely died. Contacted the shop about it to see what could be done since it is still literally brand new, the staff and manager were extremely rude about it and said to file a warranty claim, that they could do nothing to help. I don’t mind doing this, I just wish the customer service would have been a little better seeing as it is brand new. I was told “I’m sure you saw the no returns sign”, I explained that I’m not trying to return it, just trying to get them to make it right seeing as the device was $400.
