Rock N Road Cyclery has four innovative bike shops in Orange County, California. Our original location is in Mission Viejo, and we’ve continued to grow since that store opened in 1992. All four stores are Specialized Concept Stores, which means that the owners, Matt Ford, Stu Uehara, Jeff Renteria, and Specialized Bicycle Company worked together to create a retail experience that is beyond that of any other bicycle retailer within 50 miles.

Very unprofessional. On Sunday I took a baby seat and my bike asking for help if they can help me with installation. After looking at seat and bike they said, yes we can, but need to come on Wednesday to drop bike and seat and will be ready by Thursday.I did the same, dropped the bike on Wednesday. But when I went on Thursday to take bike they said they forget to work on this and asked me to come on Friday. I was busy on Friday, I went on Saturday. They said again same things that they forget to work on my bike.I asked why are you doing this tobe again and again. Then returned my bike saying that seat is not compatible with my bike.They could not able to check compability on Sunday, not on Wednesday, not on Thursday but on saturday.I was very excited to take my baby on a bike ride. You took one week out of it.
