I was up a couple weeks ago visiting the beautiful Finger Lakes celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. My husband surprised me with a new wedding set. I was so excited and put my new band on… and it got stuck on my finger! I needed to get this cut off my finger!! I came into Robinettes and a gentleman helped me. I never got his name, but he was so nice and accommodating! He cut my new ring off and placed in it an envelope and assured me that when I get home, a jeweler would be able to resize.Thank you for your kind help!!

gone a cpl times & the woman owner is always giving off negative vibes,, like yu, the customer who might give them hard earned money, is a burden & she would rather yu leave asap. she has this pathetically blank face & personality & it’s just…. yikes. dont expect her to laugh either oof. 2-3 stars cause the jewelry iS beautiful, if expensive
