Second time I order from this place, I order two hours ahead of time to make sure my order is ready to go and twice now I still have to wait a good while to get my foods done smoothie. How? Why? I don’t get it. Just avoid it if you’re on a lunch break or hungry.

There is a 5’1” Latina with a pink mask who is very rude. It was 4pm on a Wednesday. I patiently waited 10 minutes for them to notice me and take my order. The line began to grow so I asked nicely if someone can start taking orders bc the line is growing. This girl came over and said “we are all busy, that is why we could not take your order”. It was so rude. She should have said sorry and thank you for the wait. I didn’t respond to her but later asked for her name and I think she said Jamie. She also said “I’m not the manager but work with her in the mornings so come back then”. The attitude! No customer service skills, no politeness. And lastly, they made the wrong shake! Worst customer service experience so far. This needs to be addressed by corporate immediately.
