Always have a great experience. Not a lot of turnover in staff which is great. They are also very knowledgeable on product. The system they have for also analyzing the type of shoe you need is top notch. I keep coming back for the custom insoles…love em!

Great experience, desperately needed new running shoes. Alex was so friendly and helpful with understanding my gate, shoe size and what shoe type would work best with my needs. Prices are great given the service and quality of shoe. Lastly I felt safe and comfortable trying on shoes in store as everyone wore their masks covering both their mouth and nose. (greatly appreciate that given many people in general don’t cover their nose which annoys me so much because that doesn’t help anyone). Highly recommend this road runner. Alex went above and beyond and helping me find shoes and not breaking the bank
