Just purchased a new Prius Plug-in Hybrid from Rivera Toyota. It was such an easy experience from start to finish. Bad service. 3 hour wait for an inspection. I only went there cause my Mom had it done and it failed. Rav4 2019 with 5000 miles and it failed. So I had an appointment for 12 pm. I got there and they told me there would be a 3 hour wait.. get the heck out of here.. I drove it back home paid the money again and was done in 10 minutes. My Mother wanted it done there. The ride took me longer the then inspection did.

We are going to pick up our new Toyota Sienna Hybrid today and can’t wait! We were looking for a minivan that we can easily fit my 6 year olds wheelchair into. John and George immediately helped us and really guided us with no pressure and pure kindness. Going into a car dealership can be an experience for everyone. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS THE BEST!
