Staff is rude and argumentative. Store motto: The customer is always wrong! The pharmacy hours listed on its website are incorrect. Website claims pharmacy is open 8AM – 9PM. FALSE! Actually, the pharmacy is closed for half an hour within that time every day ‘for lunch’. If there was a decent pharmacy with competent staff in Redding I’d switch, but they’ve bought and closed their competitors…. 4 weeks later. I tried calling the customer care phone line and was finally connected to a woman who sounded like she was asleep. Decided not to waste my breathToday’s complaint = I got a text message from Rite Aid 2 days ago telling me it was time to refill my prescription. I replied ‘yes’ to the text and immediately received another text telling me my prescription would be refilled. I called the pharmacy today and was told I’d have to wait another day for insurance reasons. In other words it really was not time to refill. WHY DID RITE AID LIE TO ME?If there was a decent pharmacy with an honest and competent staff in Redding I’d switch, but they’ve bought and closed their competitors.

Not cool ….. they have this radio talking about how this year ! He will not have the flu???? Like wt….fudge why do you get the flu every year ? Because you keep getting a flushot…..Laughing inside……And right now I keep hearing none stop…. commercial right now…. lol……104.3 if your not a doctor…yet you have this guy speak this yr he will not have the flu…. So lying to the public…….. and I guess this store supports it. ???? None stop commercials to get a flu shot……. lmao…..
