Rite Aid at Palos Verde is a well run store with a great team of employees. The store is kept clean and managed well. The pharmacy staff is wonderful, personable and kind. Parking is abundant. They have an ice cream counter that is really delicious and satisfying on a hot summer day.

I would give the pharmacy zero stars if I could. I’ve been a customer or Rite Aid for several years and always received great service. I moved to the area and had the misfortune of attempting to fill my prescription here. They don’t communicate with you, leave you on hold for over 10 minutes, talk over you overall being unhelpful and rude. If you’re a Rite-Aid customer and new to the area, take my advice and go to Walgreens off N Main. I had zero problems getting my prescription.
