Review Summary

Amy Hutchings
Poor selection generally (functionally the medications aisles of a bad Walmart + a Redbull cooler in the corner of the tiny store. Very sparse), but also remarkably terrible customer service. No customers in line ahead of me, yet I still had to stand waiting for one of several employees behind the glass to actually check me out. They answered an outside line, chatted about personal matters, and eventually openly debated in front of me who’d have to take a break from what they were doing to be bothered to act as a cashier.Especially considering that I’d only stopped in for a bottle of aspirin, I’ve rarely been more tempted to shoplift out of frustration while waiting for any employee to take on the evidently onerous task of accepting payment for store purchases.

Pharmacy forgot to send my medication. I have an auto immune disease, and they forgot to mail me my prescription as it was set up for COVID-19. They also did not assist me in switching my medication to another pharmacy. They just told me to pick it up at my local pharmacy myself. I hope I don’t get coronavirus because they were failing to do their job.
