They keep telling my family and I that we aren’t insured. We have private insurance except for my sister who has medical. We left her prescription with them on 5/7/20 and received her medicine on 5/10/20. However, the second time around on 6/15/20 they said she wasn’t covered. When we asked to get her prescription back, it wasn’t there. My sister needs her medication to help manage her ADHD. It’s clear they used her medication since it’s a controlled substance. No one simply misplaces these things. Also, they should have processed and billed our insurance to at least get our medication. They are clearly incompetent. I went here because it’s close by. It’s obvious that it’s empty for a reason. The photos I have at the bottom is more proof that my sister was able to get her medicine just fine and then suddenly it isn’t valid anymore. Whatever you do, DON’T COME HERE!

Absolutely love Rite Aid, and have been going there since I was a kid going with my mom, now my kids only go to Rite Aid. Always great service, always friendly and if you have the Rite Aid card, you get savings the and most times better than places like Walmart and less crowds and long lines.
