Thrifty’s Ice cream, no one can beat this ice cream, especially on a rainy day.

Came in to the store to buy some Christmas presents to some friends I I Purchased for things with my first transaction and on my way out I noticed a 25% fragrance sale as well as the gifts that so I went over there and I noticed a gift set for ax body wash for men I took it to the cash register and asked to pay for it says that the price is $9.99 value meaning the three pieces that’s in there are valued at 19.99 I am formed her that the sign c clearly is saying that this is 25% off . Barbie continue to argue with me loudly and embarrass me and make me feel like I don’t know what I am asking for ? She kept repeating loudly in an embarrassment tone of voice towards me that this is a on sale for 999 and it is regularly $1999 I kept saying to her that this is a value of 1999 but you guys are offering mass for $9.99 and there’s a 25% off sign on top of that clearly states 25% off she said if I don’t like it just to leave and I case she cannot sell it to me for an additional 25% off . I explained to her that I’m a regular customer and that that sign should not have been there if they’re not taking an additional 25% off please check your cameras and you will see that I pick this box off where is there is a sign clearly that says 25% off of the merchandise that are sitting there she continued to argue and kept her argument and said if I don’t like it just leave or buy it at $9.99 I told her that I’m not happy and that I am going to report this bad customer experience it isit is about the principal and about false advertisement I am really disappointed and I told her I will never step foot in that store ever again ever I paid for it for $ but she should’ve honored the 25% off and not argue didn’t embarrass me in front of everybody that was there shopping and another associate a picture of and the manager supervisor in it name is Barbara decided not to honor the sale that you are posting so I told her that $9.99 falls under the advertisement and she continued to see you either buy it or you don’t so I’m I’m really disappointed in the service that I received and again it is the clear sign tat I took a picture of to show you that this sale was valid! Please coach you supervisor Barbie and good etiquette of customer service and to learn the difference between a sale and value she obviously does not understand that and I have clearly stated to her that I will be informing your corporate office about my horrible customer service experience!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RITE-AIDE!Horrible Customer Service! Wow! I cannot believe the utter disrespect I felt when attempting to return ony 3 items. Not to mention the refusal to give me the employees name. And I quote: I dont have one was the employees dismissive answer, when I asked him for his name. In addition, I then spoke with the manager who had been standing 10- 15 ft away during the entire event, nonchalantly walks over. When i proceeded to ask the Manger for the employees name… his answer; Ash was hesitant and nervous? Why?The problem was not with the one item that couldn’t be returned; due to clearance items are final sales, the problem, was that I had 3 other additional items, that were NOT on sale and this employee knew this and still after looking in my return bag shook his head and turned his back. Walking away in a dismissive manor? All the while mumbling and using weird hand gestures. Possibly acting suspicious…. To have me psychologically excuse his actions? (Smuggly somewhat smiling w/scrunched eyebrows)For a visual i am a middle-aged, Professional Woman. I am a General Manager/ leader to more then 30 employees. And although on this day I am wearing a black business pant suit attire, I am riddled with tattoos large tattoos on my neck tattoos covering my hands professional nice tattoos but very blunt…. I believe that although in America none of how I present myself or act or am with others is usually judged upon, I believe this day when this man, who was clearly from India, was confronted by me, for returns, that everything was working against me; ×1- I’m a woman, ×2‐ wearing a pantsuit, ×3-that clearly works, ×4- that has tattoos, ×5- and stands up for herself……. I didn’t have a chance…. (Laughing) unfortunately ladies, sexism is still very prominent and unfortunately even in America. We have so many different nationalities & takes a long time for people to understand that everybody’s equal; even if you have tattoos and are woman and wearing pants and work. That being said although it was sh**ty that this man clearly still is thinking how his native land thinks, I believe that the problem is not with this employees lazy, sexist, stereotypes service. The problem lies in management. This employee has clearly not been trained or motivated correctly. Unfortunately, it is MANAGEMENT’S RESPONSIBILITY to lead by example, correct & prevent this unacceptable behavior. Management didn’t do sh*t…. All that does is solidify the 1st employees actions. (Clapping sarcastically)Pull it together Right Aid, YOU ARE A MAJOR CHAIN. DONT TAKE FOR GRANTED, THE BLESSING OF BEING ALLOWED TO OPPERATE DURING THIS TIME OF UNKNOWNS.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RITE-AIDE, PRESS NEXT!
