I was at the pharmacy and I gave them my prescription. After waiting for an hour she said well your prescription is a print from computer and we have to contact the doctor. Guess what? The doctor office was closed and I had to wait for another hour for Sima to contact the doctor. The doctor never replied back and I had to leave rite aid to go somewhere else for my prescription. This caused me a grave concern about the pharmacy and the people who work there that cannot care about patients. I had a high fever when I went there and she didn’t care at all. Jennie and Sima were working there and noone was helping me. I had to go to another pharmacy to get my prescription.
