I went today to get my Prescriptions! The Staff was Excellent! I only had to wait a Few Minutes before it was Ready! I had a Very Bad Experience at the Pharmacy at Rite Aid on Sunrise! I will never Return! I will for sure Return in the Near Future! Thank You!!

I feel as though I needed to speak up after reading the negative reviews that were based on the homeless population that can often be found in and around the parking lot at the Rite Aid in downtown Palm Springs.First of all, blaming Rite Aid for the homeless epidemic in this city is misguided and completely absurd.One reviewer asked what Rite Aid isdoing about it.It appears that they are doing what they can.The store has a security guard on duty, that I observe monitoring both the entrance and the parking lot on my weekly visits.The question of what is being done about it is one that should be directed to our elected government officials, NOT a retail store.Yes, you should find it disgusting that there are so many people in this city that have no home, no food, and no better option for sleeping than a cold parking lot.The way we can EACH do something about it, is by contacting our representatives and by getting involved. Also, by volunteering our time and donating anything we can to help ease some of the suffering.Finally, have compassion and gratitude that you are not in that situation.The staff at this store have always provided me with a friendly, professional, and safe shopping experience.They have many responsibilities, and have provided us the luxury of having a convenient place to shop during a pandemic.They are putting themselves at a higher risk every day they go to work, and we should show them gratitude and be thankful for that.
