Most of the time they are nice, but last week I was in there on Monday at lunch, around 2:00. Too bad they don’t sell personalities there, because the guy at the register could use one. He barely acknowledged me and seemed bothered to be called as a second checker. Hopefully he was just having a not so good day.

This is a good example of a neighborhood store. The Pharmacist Jae is amazing. He goes the extra mile and makes you feel like you are the only person in the world. He takes the time to talk to you and help you with whatever you need. And, at the front desk, you have Maurice, who greeted me with How nice to see you here today. I have never been greeted with such genuine kindness. I was so surprised! And delighted! This kind of customer service is unheard of today. Most people running a cash register are just surly and rude, especially in a larger city. Not so here–they are obviously kind, caring people trying to do a good job. This weeks experience made me want to come back!
