Pouya and the team provide excellent service. Friendly, go above and beyond and are compassionate! He remembers the names of the customers that come in, which is a great personal touch.

Mixed feelings. I rate the pharmacy 2 and the general store 4. Everything takes foreverrrrr here I’m not exaggerating bring a snack. Self checkouts often broken. Pharmacy staff will not acknowledge you until you stand there for 45 min. There is ice cream although I’ve never tried it. Lunchables are fresh.

I just had the worst customer service at this rite aid pharmacy! When I walked in one clerk was sitting at the counter watching something on her phone and didn’t acknowledge my presence. The second clerk asked if I was picking up a prescription and I said yes and my name. When I told her my name she corrected my pronunciation. She then continued to ring up my sale without another word and walked away. I had to ask for my receipt.
