This is my go-to pharmacy shop in the city! Their staff are just so accommodating, and if you ever have concerns about a certain drug or vitamins, they will really help you! It deserves praise from this drug store!

How things change with new staff, this one mgr Mary, impatient and brusque, and lighting more severe than a police lockup. The person at the cashier stand says she is not a cashier, just sitting there. ??I In the past I’ve taken the time to do their surveys and write to the company because of the friendly, helpful staff; large store with lots of merchandise. We miss mgr Kimberly.

I was sent this location by my insurance to place and pick up my prescription. The prescription was supposed to be a 90 day supply. I registered to receive notifications on my phone for when it might be ready and to prepay so I could just pick it up. Once I got there I was only given one month. I asked why I was only given one month and they it was due to my insurance even after my insurance specifically told me to go here for covered 90 day prescriptions. She then told me there was nothing she could really do about it after “trying something on the computer”. She told me to wait so I could speak with the main pharmacist. I waited 15 minutes for her to arrive and once she did I just told her never mind and I will just take the month supply and talk to my insurance. I was then told I had to pay for it even though I already pre paid. They did not believe me until I provided proof and even after that they were skeptical and said that I didn’t even though I had the bank statement to prove it. In the end I was not refunded my money and I was not even my medicine which is something that I really need. They kept talking to each other talking about how much trouble they were going to be in and instead of taking accountability for messing up my medicine order they tried to blame it on me and me “not paying” and “ having one pharmacist try to adjust my medicine after I paid”. How was I supposed to know that I wouldn’t be getting the right dosage? When I was specially sent there because I was told I would get the correct dosage and supply at this location.
