Worst pharmacy to go to I highly recommend you take and your prescriptions filled elseware they will lie to you have you make phone calls you don’t have to will tell the insurance wouldnt fill medication on a controlled medication by saying legally they can’t fill a prescription they would seem to early even the doctor changes the amount per day they want to go by the previous prescription date and count your new prescription as a refill resulting in not having my prescription. I’ve tried being nice I told the pharmacy there shouldnt be a issue because I had it on paper changed in a appointment for the new amount I don’t believe he should be working there anymore he is not doing his job correctly.

Staff is rude and unsure of everything. I don’t remember the woman’s name but she has short hair and has been there a long time. She simply cannot ever answer questions about card reloads. On 3 separate occasions she asks the manager that is on duty which is always the same guy when I go and he knows little to nothing either. My mind is actually blown seeing that this Rite Aid has 4.7 stars. I can only assume employees are writing reviews because anyone else would know different. Will not be returning!

I have been forced to temporarily find another pharmacy since Walgreens does not accept Fedellis currently while some contract is settling. Another year of dealing with Rite Aid pharmacy is alone raising my blood pressure. They are slow, do not tell you when meds are ready, if they tell you your meds are ready it may or may not be. We had gotten a call from them to tell us our meds are ready to go there and find out it was not.Worst pharmacy ever. I cannot wait until Walgreens accepts Fedellis again.
