Always a long wait for scripts

Do Not Go Here!!!! God forbid you go to the doctor, and they call in a script for you that you NEED that day! I have ALWAYS had to literally call and bug them to fill a same day script every single time. It took 6 hours of waiting one day! I am done with this rite aid. I’ve had to do this so many times and have waited so long! Other pharmacies I have gone to have never been as bad as this one.

Hands down the BEST Pharmacy I have ever used… I’ve gone through CVS & Walgreens in the past, which was nothing but a headache dealing with their rude pharmacists. Rite Aids Pharmacists are absolutely the most wonderful staff I’ve ever experienced, easily!! A HUGE Thank You to the team at Brooklyn Square Rite Aid!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been going here for 3 years and every single time I go to get my prescriptions they get it wrong and pharmacists are always very rude.
