Went for Covid 19 vaccination. The staff on Connecticut Street, Buffalo was the nicest in the world. Charming, helpful, and efficient! Michael, the pharmacist, was also super and explained everything thoroughly. I did not feel a thing while getting the injection!!!! Excellent! Great store selection, too!

I don’t know how many times I have to go through this . Your automated robot calls and tells me my medicine is ready . I come by a day later and it’s not ready and they tell me everytime they don’t know what happened well you guys would be the only ones who would know. Why are you guys this messed up ? You need some new people in charge who actually know what’s going on and know how to run a business this is medicine your playing with.
