Good when you go in person, trying to call and refill a script is murder.

Disrespectful security and unhelpful customer service.

Really need to work on pharmacy hold times over the phone.

Today I went in to fill a prescription as I do at this location on a 45 day basis. I was met with a staff member who claimed they had already filled my script – and had given me a 90 day supply when i was there last. I asked him to check my transaction history to verify that I would’ve paid for a 90 day supply rather than the normal amount I get each time – always equaling $21.18.Another staff member then approached the window to tell me there is no way they would have made an error, that I must be taking double the amount i am prescribed, accusing me of trying to fill my script early, saying they must have given me two bottles last time instead of one, and that they cannot fill my script. After asking her to also check the transaction history, I spoke to who I am assuming is the pharmacy manager – who condescendingly said I DONT CARE WHAT THE STORY IS, IM NOT GIVING IT TO YOU when he came to the window. I asked a final time to check the transaction history, and as the amount I paid last time passed his lips, he became visibly flushed as he realized their mistake – all the while shouting NO. NO. YOURE NOT GETTING IT through the intercom.I have never seen such a display of unprofessionalism, and I am still left without medication. To not want to admit an error is one thing, but to deny someone of their medication in order to cover for it is another thing entirely. I was as respectful as possible, and was genuinely shocked at the way the staff decided to treat this situation. I’m not sure how they would’ve let double the meds slip for half the price, but it’s either that – or I only got the usual supply and my script is still there somewhere.A lousy google review is not the way to solve this issue, and I will be sure to handle this with the Rite Aid Corp. – but i felt it necessary to urge others to switch pharmacies ASAP, simply to ensure that you are respected and treated fairly as a customer, and someone with a medical condition entrusting others to be transparent.

10 minutes I waited at the pharmacy, no one in front of me. 3 people working inside the pharmacy not a single one acknowledged my presence or asked if I needed help. Terrible costumer service experience. Visit was on 3/3/2021 at 5:30 pm.
