Disappointed. I made an appointment to get the Moderna vaccine and chose to get updates via text. I received a confirmation text this morning reminding me of my appointment. Just over an hour before my appointment they called me canceling the appointment claiming a computer error. Dont schedule your vaccine here if you value your time.

Stopped in for meds for my mom. I had to wait a few minutes, so I walked around. Two employees asked if I needed assistance. The store was very clean and organized. I decided to buy a few things I needed and although there was only one guy ahead of me, they opened a second register to help me out. Excellent store and excellent service in front and in the pharmacy.

I would never recommend going in this Rite Aide. The employees are very, very rude and the store manager is just as rude. They all have a chip on there shoulder and act like there something special. I’m definitely calling corporate office to complain.
