Also, where is the manager when a crazy customer wants a refund on something?

Bad service. Every time. Rite aid never fails to disappoint. Politely asked for a pen to fill out a form and was told by cashier to “back up!” Excuse you??Train your employees. So disrespectful. Products are overpriced too. Don’t go there.

UPDATED REVIEW (June 2021):- Thank you for enforcing wearing a mask, as it is where people come to get items for their health.- Thank you for remaining an LGBTQIA safe space.Original Review:Been going here since I was child, for over 20 years. Hours are convenient (obviously) and the cashiers and pharmacy do their best to keep up with the customer volume (which is very high).I have two major complaints:1. PLEASE label your aisles more accurately. It’s kind of a treasure hunt and sometimes I just give up and leave without finding something I need. If it’s early enough, I end up rushing to the CVS nearby. For example, hand sanitizer and travel size hand sanitizer in the women’s skincare aisle? What???2. Also, where is the manager when a crazy customer wants a refund on something? Don’t leave those poor cashiers stranded! And the rest of us customers on edge…I suppose this Rite Aid will never have a problem with getting customers, but in terms of store management (aisle details and lack of managerial presence in the front) has gone downhill.
