Store is clean, but keeps rearranging location of things and seems most employees don’t know where items were moved to ornnif they even still carry them. Certain isles that they have no merchandise for they now use for storage of bulk items and other areas have just totally empty shelves they need to restock or order more frequently, lots of empty shelves looks bad

I tried to call 1-800-RITE-AID and got the voice mail runaround! This chain store could be so much better. Someone needs to tell management and employees that you need us, the customers. I was taught the customer is always right. When the customer is wrong, let the manager solve the problem. If they can’t, let the owner or Corporate help them. Please try to be better, Rite Aid!UPDATE: 05-19-2021, Wednesday: To Rite Aid, I did try to contact you via the methods above but, I was unsuccessful. The issue is you need to hire more staff, and better train them. You are losing customers because of excessively long lines! Self checkout does not solve the problem. It only exacerbates it. Your employees are overworked! They are unable to eat lunch or take a full break. This causes unnecessary turnover of employees. Bottomline, you lose profits because we take our money and business elsewhere! I could name some stores with great customer service (Hello, Staples! Village Family Practice, Chase Bank at Simpson St. and Wesrchester Avenue!). Are you reading this Rite Aide customer satisfaction department? I sincerely hope so!
