If I could give -100 stars I would. I have called, several times, several different numbers supplied by the website, left messages and NEVER received a call back. I have called at different times during the day and different days, but it seems as though everyone is out catching the waves and doesn’t care about their customers. I called back again today, and behold! a real live person answered the phone. LUCY, a manager was so disrespectful. Rude. Cut me off. She HUNG UP on me. And was possibly the worst person to be in charge of customer service. So if you decide to make a purchase here, you better get it right he first time because good luck getting in contact with their customer service department. Pretty sure this is the WORST SERVICE I have EVER had in retail.
