Very poor value. Why you need this service? It costs more than a phone line. You could accept faxes into your computer if you have a fax machine. The best thing about this service is that you could check for faxes online. The system is easy to use. Their received documents load very slowly. They charge on the number of pages faxed and the minutes used to send those pages. For example if you sign up for $17.99 Fax1500 you could have allowance of 1500 pages a month sent or received but they also charge you one minute per page. You end up paying many times the money if you really use up the 1500 pages.

I was impressed with service received by Ring Central. They quickly helped me get set up. When I had questions they responded quickly and even called to walk me through items on their dashboard and troubleshoot. I’m able to text and call my clients from Ring Central on my PC and even get a text and email when clients call and I’m not available. When I schedule zoom meetings, they automatically fall into my calendar. I love it!!
