Beautiful store. Great location. The sales people including the manager were very kind and knowledgeable. I Went in for anniversary gift and was treated like Royalty. Even after I decided I needed to do more investigating before I make my purchase. They treated me no differently or didn’t make me feel like I wasted their time.

Thank you guys,An other great experience on 12-10-19.Had some minor issues with a handle one of my Aluminum Case and Robert jumped right in to and after 15 minutes all done. When I bought a carry on roller, the sales associate said I have 30 days to return the luggage. I wanted to upgrade to an aluminum suitcase and I brought mine in for an exchange. The manager says they can’t exchange because it’s used.It would have been helpful to know it had to be in used condition. I literally used it once and they say they can’t take it back? Unreal…Great suitcase and I recommend going to a different store with a better exchange policy like Nordstrom’s or Bloomingdales
