I recently got my first ever bike fit with Alex and I can’t recommend it enough. Not only is getting a fit crucial to performance and comfort on a bike, Alex’s ability to articulate where improvements can be made was truly enlightening. I walked away having a better understanding of my own fit and how we interact with a bikes (oh and not to mention my ride is far far more comfortable now). The whole staff was super welcoming and made the experience 10/10. Will definitely be back to ride BK for my next service/repair/fit.

Came here after a crash to get my wheel trued. Got a call saying they couldn’t true the wheel, and needed to replace it. The wheel was under warranty, but I wanted to get out on the road hence got it replaced. Came by to pick the bike up, the repair work was satisfactory, but my original wheel was missing. They said they would call me in they found it, never did. $400 under warranty wheel, gone. Really surprised because I had heard good things about this place. For what its worth the staff is friendly, but shocked they lost/disposed of a part after a repair. This has never happened to me at any other LBS in the past.
