Ordered a premium helmet over a week ago and have received zero tracking information. I’ve made several attempts to contact regarding the status of my order. The website said this item was in stock, I got a confirmation that the order was placed, and retro bike gear has my money…. Where is my helmet?Not sure I could trust this place again, at this point I wouldn’t be recommending them to anyone…

I bought some gloves and a helmet and am super stoked about both! I’m learning how to ride a motorcycle so I wasn’t too sure of what kind of gear to go for – the staff really helped me get the right sizing -I was between xs/s – Fred was informative and explained the importance of a well fitting helmet. I appreciated his enthusiasm and knowledgeEverything arrived without a hitch, the quality and fit of the Beverly gloves is awesome – thank you for the suggestion, I highly recommend!

Ordered a helmet in the wrong size (this was my mistake). Once ordered I was given a tracking number that did not work and eventually, two weeks later, received my helmet. I am now going through the “exchange process” but have yet to have any reply or communication regarding the next step after paying 15 dollars for a shipping label. They will not reply to emails, they will not answer phone calls. Horrible service for such pricey items. Do not buy from this site.
