Have experienced very bad service online. They tend to post items online, if you comment first they will skip you and go on to the next. The owner says fb works different for her. No remedy at all, even after brought to their attention. Just continued to sell the item to the person who commented last. Item was not sold yet. Even after I mentioned the issue they still did nothing. Just kept saying sorry. The Christian thing to do would’ve been to Apologize to the other person. Or at least given me the opportunity to purchase it first. Instead they sent the other buyer an invoice even after telling them they don’t accept the form of payment they were trying to use. Have had happened to me more than once.

I am a frequent flyer of Restored in Merced! I have been bringing all of our donation items here for a good solid year and a half since I first started hearing about it & we LOVE dropping off (and shopping) here, but I’ll get to that in a moment.Drop offs are so easy & take no time at all! We pull up in the back & the amazing staff helps us with offloading & then we’re on our merry way!Shopping at Restored however, has become a family favorite. We always get warm welcomes when we come in, there is ALWAYS such an extreme variety of things in the store, and one of my FAVORITE things, is seeing how well it is kept! Seriously, so much love and pride go into running and maintaining one of our favorite places to shop here in Merced! It’s like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get. Seriously, I have found some of my hands down favorite dresses in their boutique as well as furniture for my children, BOOKS, games and so many other things. It is honestly, one of my kiddos favorite places to go as well to look around and shop! I have Restored 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, because of ALL of everything that was just shared.Employees, Cleanliness, Variety, Kindness, Amazing Prices & Atmosphere… we love it all. 100%. We have always had an amazing experience & is also why this place will always be one of our favorites to go and shop here in Merced.We love the entire staff & it is honestly amazing to see the pride that pours into making Restored what it is.Thank you for all you do!Gratefully, a very satisfied customer& her Family
