I went about a week ago to check out their wood decor, feeder insects, and tarantulas. The store is quite small but they fit A LOT of useful of stuff in there. There were a lot of other customers when we arrived but it didn’t take long for us to be helped. There was a wide variety of feeders to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly, very informed about tarantula species and care, and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. The staff who helped me also answered all of my questions without making me feel silly for asking. They had some awesome large pieces of cork bark rounds, which have been extremely difficult to find lately. I’ve been to a lot of pet stores in LA county and Reptile Factory has had the best customer service hands-down. The tarantula I bought is healthy and doing great. I wish I lived closer so I could come more often.
