Just today took my iPhone 6 to Repair Sharks to deal with issues regarding getting the charging cord to stay in the port (is that what you call it?). Although I came near closing time, one gentleman fixed the problem and fixed it well. I also bought a charging cord. This is my second visit and each time I found the men to be totally committed to the consumer. This is a real resource for Great Neck and the surrounding towns, and it is the place to go with smart phone, computer and other devices’ problems. Highly recommended.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Dan is Picasso with a soldering iron! I needed some headers soldered to a circuit board, and it was done fast and professionally. Plus, the guys who own it are very personable and nice to deal with.
