Staff are very rude. It took them 4 hours to change my old tires to new ones and broke one of my lug studs. The finance/bank they use pulls payments out whenever they feel like even if it’s set on a certain day. Would not recommend at all. Beaumont TX location. Not sure about others but that has been my experience

Yesss I loved everything about my visit to Rent A Tire. Their super friendly and have amazing staff working there. Staff was there eager to help out and make sure my needs were met accordingly for my vehicle. Yes, I recommend taking a visit and the associate that helped me name was Sonnia, she was very informative and helpful. 🙂
