Customer service is so bad I recently purchased a dryer & washer from this Rent A Center in Palmdale & about a week ago it decided to break down , yes I do have insurance on these 2 I’ve been trying to get these fixed by calling them for about a week now but they just keep throwing lies at me telling me they will come by & fix it still nothing ! I called in today talked to Jacob & the store manager Oscar , I had told them it been too long & I still can’t wash my clothes! we talked for a few minutes and boom hangs up my call I 100% regret buying these washer/dryer !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS RENT-A-CENTERGet my washer & dryer fixed ASAP!
