Lack of communication, failure to refund initial payment in a timely manner when order fulfillment wasn’t completed. Contacted more than 2 months after order was declined inquiring if I still wanted the product. Was told I didn’t need to have an attitude when my response was that I went with Aaron’s and if my refund wasn’t received by COB the next day I was calling the authorities for theft and then hung up on.
