Josh, the manager, was the worst and so was the woman (who refused to give me her name) at the front desk. They would not comply with any of the promotional offers or advertisements. I will never step foot in this store.

Very very very poor service, I called they advertised same day delivery nothing but run arounds. They tell you they busy when they are not, absolutely no type of customer service. Refused to give me my money back , never delivered the furniture just a bunch of lies every time I called. I was told I was not a customer by the manager Joshua, after he received my money. “When you come into this store your an opportunity not a customer, your a customer when you pay” exactly what the manager of this store told me even though I did pay them. Also the secretary (Chanel) was very rude and because I was upset with them she then proceeded to tell me “ your rude I don’t want to talk to you” and hung up on me. I paid these people and all I wanted was furniture. Save your self the headache and go else where they are very ignorant and lack customer service training.
