Lisa is by far one of the lest civil human beings it has ever been my displeasure to speak with, and the rent-a-center here fluctuates between calling us every 15 minutes the day a payment is due to calling us every 15 minutes AFTER we’ve made a payment to get us to buy more sh*t.

I’m sitting waiting for a delivery that isn’t coming due to someone calling outta work I guess said the person on the phone nor did they bother to call & let me know, I had to call where he then mentions they haven’t collected payment which is obvious bc the agreement was for me to pay upon arrival !!! Very unprofessional and bad first impression. I don’t recommend!!
