Great service. I went for a windshield replacement. They did run into a few small issues ordering the windshield, but they got it as quickly as they could and really did a great job getting it installed. Great work.

Updated 3/26/2021Thank you Joey Renfro for making it Right. Joey called me, listened and came out to my house to make amends. His worker was early, professional and ready to make it up doing a great job. If this was done on the first try I would have given them a 5 star as it is I will update them to a 4 star from a 1 star. Going forward I hope to believe that his Team will work more positively together with each other to get the job done the best way possible the first time instead of just enough. with Joey as there Leader showing his Team how to be a good Leader and not just a Boss I know they are on the right track. Thank you for the Wow factor today. Please keep this +++ A service and I will be back.3/25/2021My right rear window was broken by a rock flying out from a riding lawnmower. My insurance recommend taking my car here. I originally had box tap over the missing glass so I could see out. they had to order the glass and it was going to be a week I waited and took my car in. Said it would be about an hour leaving my car I left with someone else to do errands. I received a call said it would be a little longer we went and ate. I called after and the window didn’t fit they had to reorder the window so I pick up the car. They put the trash bag and yellow tap on. After another week waiting and having to put down half my deductible I take it back. Now the window want stay up and a regulator has to be order. Car stays there 4 days later I get to pick up my car. Window goes up and down but there’s glass inside the door panel that did not get vacuum. Tape is still on outside edge of window panel and the rubber seal is indented where they where holding the glass up. I’m told if it doesn’t come back out they will replace it. My other half called them and asked if they clean glass out of the door before replacing a window and was told that they clean it all up with no problem. We had to clean the glass up that was in the car and once he said that I had glass in the door still they couldn’t say why but they would get it out if I came back.Thank you Joey for contacting me to make this right. I’ll see you in the morning.

UPDATE BELOW INITIAL REVIEWSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Called to have windshield replaced at my husband’s job site. Received a voicemail the day they were scheduled to replace windshield asking if we were going to bring the vehicle in. I told them they were supposed to replace the windshield at my husband’s job. They then ask if someone could go to his job site and and pick up the truck to take it to the shop to do replacement. Rescheduled for them to come to job site. Didn’t hook the wiper fluid sprayer back-up, didn’t adjust the wiper blades correctly and put the registration sticker back half way up the windshield. Left dirty towel on dash. I would never use this business again. I should have went with my instinct when I called to schedule the appointment in the first place.UPDATE: The owner called to resolve the issue to our satisfaction, which is greatly appreciated. You could tell he was genuinely concerned and wanted to do whatever it took to resolve the issue and assure we were satisfied. That means a lot!
