Relax the Back of Lubbock is more than 5 stars! I ordered a zero gravity recliner approximately 2 weeks. Steve (owner) offered me a loaner chair until my order came through. Steve knew I was having back surgery on March 18 and went out of his way to help me before my surgery. He and Kathy (wife) are fantastic people. It is so rare in this day and time to receive exceptional customer service. Steve and Kathy provide that. Now I am planning on buying a massage chair from them after my surgery. Shop local – they are best for all your back needs, as they say, “Relax the Back”.

If you have neck, shoulder or back discomfort this is the place to go. It’s like a gadget candy store! I was looking for a neck / shoulder massager for my wife to use. They have everything from massaging chairs to hand held devices and just about anything in between. Plenty of Sample items out so you can try them out a little before you buy. I ended up getting a neck / shoulder hot/cold pac that has a soft cover so you don’t need to wrap it in a towel. Great selection. My podiatrist sent me there for some insoles to help my aching feet. The owners are great folks who will give you honest advice.
