Maybe it’s just me but when I work on a job I leave it in at least the same condition or better when I’m done. I hired Reimer for a new central air job. The crew that was here was nice however I feel they disregarded the work I previously spent time and money on. When they removed the insulation from my existing duct work, they destroyed it and didn’t bother putting it back on until after I asked if they were going to do that. Of all people, they should understand the importance of proper sealing and insulation in an attic due to our winter conditions. Since I had to request they reinsulate I know they had no intentions to do so had I not mention it. Instead of replacing what was destroyed they tried to piece it back together with scraps and tape. They didn’t even cover the bottom at all. Furthermore they didn’t bother to seal any of the holes/gaps in the duct work they relocated and installed. Prior to their arrival I could turn my furnace on and no dust or objects in my attic would move, that is no longer the case due to the air escaping all around the system. I thought I was a courteous customer by staying out of their way, allowing them free range and buying the crew pizza and wings each day they were here. I don’t feel like I received the $6,000 job I paid for. It looks more like a handyman from Craigslist did the job.

I hired Reimer to replace our our central air system. They price was comparable to other companies. Greg the gentleman who came to give me the estate was very friendly and helpful. The guys that came to do the job were polite, friendly and and answered any questions I had. They dod a beautiful job installing our new system, it works beautifully. Very satisfied!

Reimer Home Services has been great. I’ve had them install new furnaces for my rental property in the past and they were excellent. Recently they installed a new furnace / thermostat and AC for my new home. They addressed issues I was unaware of and offered a selection of models to fit my preference.
