REI is like an candy store for those of us who love being outdoors. The staff was super-knowledgeable and super-helpful. Unfortunately, due to Covid-inspired manufacturing plant shutdowns, several items I wanted were not in stock.

Great customer service. In-store backpack fitting was quick and easy and staff was friendly and knowledgable!When I got home I ordered the backpack I liked in the color I wanted but I accidentally sent it to the wrong address and couldn’t retrieve it. I called customer support and they send me a new one no questions asked.REI is a brand that deserves their fantastic reputation, and they really went above and beyond on that one. Thanks!
