Kristi was so nice! I needed an umbrella and had some sensitive documents to take to the courthouse and she went out of her way to open up the store a whole 2 hours before opening time. Because of her will and desire to serve others I can have a piece of mind that my documents are safe. This is humanity at its finest!

REI has a a very safe Covid-19 procedure for shopping through out the store. The staff is always very informative and polite. Best store to buy your outdoor gear.

I’ve only been a few times and like in other locations, the staff is great. I prefer this location to the north side one for shoe shopping because the few times that I’ve been, it’s quieter and I can get the attention of a sales person. This location does not have much inventory for chairs or tables and none for display.
