We purchased a table and chairs from Reed’s. Paul the sales guy was great and friendly, and we talked about England (I’m English). We arranged delivery for the following Monday of the display model.There was some confusion as our furniture never arrived – a new item had been ordered which would take some time to arrive but we had understood we’d get the floor model. We spoke to Tony the manager and he was very helpful. The following week the furniture arrived, and we had a courtesy call the day before to give us a delivery window. The delivery driver was friendly and efficient.We are very happy with the furniture and the service received. Although there was a hiccup, they made it right, and that is what counts!
