The quality and service of this shop can not be beat.

Not only are they good at what they do, they have truly outstanding customer service. They offered to service an old stationary bike that I own, even though it doesn’t quite fit within what they normally work on. They were quick to diagnose the issue and get it fixed. It was also wonderful to see the care they gave to a customer that was buying a refurbished bike. They walked him through the weird quirks of the shifters on that particular model and make sure he felt comfortable with it. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I was also interested to see they offer maintenance classes as well. I cannot say enough good things about Redemptive Cycles.

I love Redemptive! These guys are the best. Quality service at great price. The mechanics are very careful scrutinizing every detail of mechanical specifications. They are willing to go above and beyond the typical shop to help out. They will even work for a discount if you bring them some beer!Great place to spend an afternoon working on your bike with a six pack. The mechanics are patient in helping you perform basic fixes and tune ups. They have huge hearts allowing members of the community to exchange volunteer hours in order to earn discounted or even free bikes as a means of transportation.Give them your business and your spare parts! It won’t go to waste.
