Great customer service , experienced staff , and great prices. This place is the only spot I go to for questions or help with my snake. This is, admittedly, my first reptile but I’ve come in before for recommending on what I should start with, also misconceptions, and all the good information I needed. The staff also makes it comfortable to ask questions and learn without feeling like you should already know your stuff. They also take really good of the animals they sell, and make sure to fully fill you in that day . Really an amazing place!

We are very inexperienced semi-new bearded dragon owners learning from internet and we went in to get crickets, the owner and her sons were so amazingly kind ! We decided after seeing their dragons compared to ours that we needed to get ours nails clipped and get some advice. Let me tell you that was the best decision we made! They were so encouraging and helped us figure out correct lighting and even helped our dragon eat some worms as he had never had live insects. They did not make us feel stupid or bad that our dragon was under weight and not getting enough UV light (I know we felt horrible) . I would 1000× over recommend them for everything reptile, they are kind , knowledgeable and helpful !
