Poor customer service today. Was told certain boot had large back order. Without him even checking the system if other Red Wing stores had them in stock. Went to Red Wing on San Pedro and long and behold my boots will be shipped in from Round Rock / Red Wing. Thank you Red Wing on Ssn Pedro.

If you want good customer service don’t come here.go to academy on 1604 and potranco for excellent customer service.I was at this location yesterday and was completely ignored by a male staff member with long hair.I politely said excuse me sir three times and he just acted like he couldn’t hear me.lost out on a sale I was ready to buy money in my hand.I recommend y’all go to academy they care about their customer.ill never go here again thank you academy for knowing how to treat customers.wish I could put zero stars y’all don’t deserve one Star
