I needed a pair of safety boots for a new job. I looked at different styles online and emailed the store to check availability. They didn’t have anything I was looking for in the size I needed (10). Instead of offering help through the email they said to come in or call. I tried calling and no one ever answered. I also tried calling the Santa Barbara store and they didn’t answer nor answer their email.I ended up buying some Timberland Pro boots on Amazon. If a company is going to make it difficult to buy your product then I’m not going to buy it. It’s ridiculous that Red Wing can’t sell boots online in 2021 and for the price they charge.

Most of the staff is quite good I do recommend you stop in and get some boots.
Keeping it Honest
There’s a max of 3 people at a time.in the place and they are pretty good about enforcing that. When I was there they were having issues with their credit card machines and if you wanted to pay with a card you would have to be okay with leaving a copy of it with them. They have that posted on all their windows so you can’t miss it. Husband walked out with some work shoe swag at a decent price.
