Today I had a chance to stop by Redwing New Braunfels. Donnie Shaw was the person who help me, super nice, and very friendly. Hand down there customer service is 10 times better then all 4 Redwing in San Antonio. Donnie new ever boots in that store by heart, and memory. I will be a returning customer to that store…..

I recently made two successful visits to the San Marcos store (different owners, different experience) in response to visiting the New Braunfels store. It was a much farther drive for me but worth it from a customer service standpoint. Don’t plan to go back to NB store. Dealt with the NB owner last time and before that his employee (2 years prior). San Marcos is worth the drive.
