This is probably the worst Red Wings location I’ve ever been to, I do not recommend going to this location as the staff is rude and dismissive. My father and I went to purchase boots for Christmas, had to wait close to an hour to get into the store and once we were in it was close to their closing time so the staff didn’t seem to want to help us. The associate Lisa walked around ignoring us for 10 min then when asked for information or sizes she would just nod and then leave. Usually the associates in the stores help find the right size and verify appropriate shoe for client, this was not the case. She would just bring the box and walk away. We ended buying two pairs that totalled $600, we had to wait for them to even notice us to pay and when asked for the customer service number she stated that if I had an issue I could just speak with her manager. The manager was short and dismissed us when we brought to her attention the issue. Now, after using the boots my father is experiencing pain and when we called the customer service number we had this whole run around but no actual help. I had high expectations for this place but was utterly disappointed with the service and product. I wish I could give 0 stars for this location. I am usually very please with the majority of places I visit but this was utterly the worst. AVOID!
